about Troop 513

As the only Scouts BSA troop in town, Troop 513 has served the youth of Stoneham, MA for over 100 years.  Open to boys ages 11-17, we guide our youth to become young adults of good character and citizenship with the skills to become the leaders of tomorrow.  Our activities provide a safe, welcoming environment that encourage young people to have fun, experience adventure, learn life skills, develop a love of the outdoors, and understand the importance of serving their community.  Over the course of our long history, we have provided thousands of hours of community service to Stoneham and the surrounding area through troop and Eagle Scout service projects, and over 100 of our Scouts have earned Scouting's highest rank of Eagle Scout.

We meet every Wednesday night at 7:00 during the school year, have monthly outdoor activities, and travel to summer camp for a week each July.
